Melanie Fields, a native of beautiful New Zealand, educated in the United States, and employed by her husband 10 years before their marriage. Together with her Husband have a combined four children—2 boys and 2 girls. With years in automotive, retail, and construction management, Melanie leads our team as the Vice President, Managing Member, and Executive Sous Chef to our team with her emphasis in the arena of Administrative, Operations, and Fleet Management services. “She is the glue that holds the whole thing together,” according to Executive Chef and Husband Murray Fields.
Sales & Event / Wedding Planner
Linda lives to create dynamic, fun and meaningful events and weddings! She is a Northwest native with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. With more than 25 years’ experience, Linda has handled all varieties of events around the Northwest, the nation, and the globe. She started her hospitality career with the Marriott Corporation. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an advanced degree in Legal Studies, Linda pursued a legal career. After several years in private law firms, she accepted an in-house position in The Boeing Company Law Department. A promotion moved her into Boeing’s Government & Community Relations. With her event planning expertise, Linda soon began overseeing the wide range of executive-level corporate Events and VIP visits. She was soon named Director of VIP Events, responsible for all U.S. and foreign government dignitary events and visits to Boeing. It was challenging but fascinating work which included hosting two sitting U.S. Presidents, a Vice-President and countless other global leaders. Linda was thrilled to leverage her hospitality experience and love for planning, executing and overseeing events, trade shows, corporate meetings, non-profit galas, and parties, ranging from 10-5,000 guests. Since her early retirement from Boeing, Ms. McCarrel has led her own marketing and events business and overseen the launch of two large event venues. She is thrilled to join Skyline Gourmet Catering / Skyline Hospitality LLC to continue to share her enthusiasm for great food and drink, creative planning and bringing events to life that will WOW your clients, customers and guests and exceed your expectations.

With a substantial history in managing retail, bars, and entertainment establishments, Shyanne utilizes her vast professional education, training, and experience as our head of Human Resources, Vendor Management, Health, Safety, and Sanitation Officer, and Administration Assistant. She insures compliance with all our HSS policies and those of regulatory agencies to protect interests of our firm, employees, vendors, and clients. While still maintaining operational, HR, and Vendor Management Needs.
